Auckland Hypnosis & Affiliated Services
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, products, events, workshops, digital content, and materials provided by Auckland Hypnosis & Affiliated Services (including but not limited to: Brigid Curran, Making a Change, Timeline Healing, Transform Your Psyche, Mindful Journey, 44 Days to Transformation).
Scope & Interpretation of Services
Our services include hypnosis sessions, workshops, events, books, MP3s, meditations, and downloadable content. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that all information provided is open to personal interpretation and you are solely responsible for decisions made based on the service.
Auckland Hypnosis and associated practitioners accept no liability for outcomes resulting from your participation. Services are intended for entertainment and/or personal development purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
Age Requirement & Appointments
Clients must be 18 years or older to access services. Clients under 18 must have written parental or guardian consent prior to booking. All services and products must be paid for in advance, in NZD, including GST. At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule without penalty.
Technical Issues & Returns
If technical issues occur on the provider’s side, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If technical issues occur on the client’s side, the original appointment time stands and no refund will be provided. Physical products may be returned within 30 days if unopened; buyer pays return shipping. Digital products are non-refundable.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content, including images, text, course materials, audio recordings, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Brigid Curran and affiliated businesses (Making a Change, Timeline Healing, Auckland Hypnosis, Transform Your Psyche, Mindful Journey, 44 Days to Transformation). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display any material without prior written consent.
Use of Materials & Online Conduct
Our content is provided for promotional, educational, and personal use only. Any misuse of content to discredit, defame, or cause harm to Brigid Curran or her associated businesses will result in legal action under the Harmful Digital Communications Act, Harassment Act 1997, Human Rights Act 1993, Privacy Act 2020, and Crimes Act 1961. Violations may result in cease and desist orders, takedown notices, and prosecution.
