Auckland Hypnosis – Client Agreement Summary

• Services: Hypnosis sessions, readings, workshops, and digital content are for entertainment and personal growth only. They don’t replace medical, legal, or financial advice.

• Age: You must be 18 or older (or have written guardian consent) to use our services.

• Booking & Payment: Payment is required before your appointment or product purchase.

• Rescheduling & Cancellations: Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel with a partial refund (minus a $30 admin fee). No refunds for cancellations under 48 hours or missed appointments. Workshop fees are non-refundable.

• Technical Issues: If issues happen on our side, we’ll reschedule your session. If on your side, your appointment time stands.

• Returns: Physical products can be returned unopened within 30 days (buyer pays return shipping). Digital products are non-refundable.

• Copyright: All content and materials are owned by Brigid Curran and cannot be copied or shared without permission.

• Conduct: Please respect our content and services. Misuse or harmful actions may result in legal consequences.

• Privacy: Your personal information is safe with us and won’t be shared or sold. You can unsubscribe anytime.
