Shadow work is the process of exploring the unconscious parts of ourselves—the emotions, fears, and desires we often suppress or deny. These “shadows” aren’t bad; they are aspects of our psyche that were pushed away to help us fit in, stay safe, or be loved. Over time, however, these hidden parts can influence our reactions, relationships, and choices in ways we don’t always understand.

This workshop is a guided journey into the deeper layers of your inner world—where old patterns, emotional wounds, and hidden parts of the self quietly shape your present reality. Through shadowwork and timeline healing practices, we will explore how past experiences live in the body and subconscious, and how they can be gently acknowledged, integrated, and released.

You’ll be guided to meet the parts of yourself that have been pushed away, misunderstood, or left behind, and to reconnect with them through compassion rather than judgment. By working with your personal timeline, we’ll identify key moments that still hold emotional charge and offer them the safety, presence, and awareness they needed then—so your nervous system can finally let go now.

This workshop or session is for anyone ready to break repetitive cycles, deepen self-trust, and create a more aligned future by healing the past. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to be honest with yourself and open to transformation.
